2. How to Print a Document

Tip: You can also print files directly from File Explorer. Just right-click a file (like a PDF or picture) and choose Print. This way, you donโt need to open the application first!
Most programs use the same printing steps, so kids can print from Word, Paint, or PDF files easily.
Printing Without Paper (Digital Printers)
Printing does not always mean using paper. On Windows computers, kids can also print digitally, which means saving the document as a file instead of printing it on paper.
This is very useful for saving ink, saving paper, and sharing documents easily.
